Terms of Service
Last updated: June 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Session.care website, mobile application, and related services (the "Service") operated by AI Coalition Network LLC ("Session.care", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, booking an appointment, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Session.care is a two-sided marketplace. Consumers ("Customers") use the Service to discover, schedule, and pay for appointments with independent care, wellness, and beauty professionals and businesses ("Businesses"). Businesses use the Service to manage their schedule, accept bookings, process payments, and communicate with their Customers. Session.care is not a party to any service relationship between a Customer and a Business; we provide the platform that connects them.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep that information up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@session.care if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You may not transfer your account to another person without our written consent.
3. Bookings
3.1 Customers
When you book an appointment through the Service, you are entering into a service agreement directly with the Business. The Business sets its own services, pricing, availability, cancellation rules, and refund policies. Confirmation that a booking has been made is not a guarantee of service delivery — that obligation rests with the Business. We will use reasonable efforts to send you confirmations, reminders, and updates by email and (where you have provided a phone number) SMS.
3.2 Businesses
If you operate a Business on the Service, you are solely responsible for the services you offer, the prices you charge, your compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including licensing, sales tax, employment, and health and safety), the quality and safety of the services you provide, and your communications with Customers. You agree to honour bookings that you accept, to provide reasonable notice when you must cancel, and to keep your availability and prices on the Service accurate.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments for bookings are processed by our payment provider PayPal. By making a payment, you authorize Session.care and PayPal to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. Funds for confirmed bookings are settled to the receiving Business according to PayPal's settlement schedule, less any platform fee disclosed at the time of booking.
Refunds are governed by the cancellation and refund policy of the Business with whom you booked. Session.care does not issue refunds on behalf of Businesses except where required by law or where we determine, in our sole discretion, that a refund is warranted to resolve a dispute. Disputes regarding payment authorization should be raised first with the Business; if the dispute cannot be resolved, contact us at admin@session.care.
5. Subscription fees (Businesses)
Business subscriptions are billed in advance at the rate displayed on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial-period refund is provided unless required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of any third party.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Upload or transmit malware, scrape the Service in a manner that interferes with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited marketing communications or to harass any user.
- Offer or facilitate services that are unlawful, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited by our content guidelines.
- Use the SMS messaging functionality outside the scope of consent you obtained from the recipient, or in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or other applicable communications laws.
7. User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service (for example, business descriptions, photos, intake form responses, reviews). By uploading content, you grant Session.care a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (other than user content), is owned by Session.care or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Session.care does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service will meet your requirements.
Session.care does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the services offered by any Business. Any service you book is provided by the Business at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Session.care and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Session.care in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Session.care from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any applicable law or any third-party right, or (d) any service relationship between you and another user.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, if continued provision of the Service to you would violate the law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14) will continue to apply.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive forum for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration is the state and federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at admin@session.care and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes we will provide additional notice (for example, by email or an in-app banner) at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
